## When to use this

Use VIZA when someone is planning travel and needs a visa handled rather than
merely explained. The product does the filing; it is not a reference site.

- "I need an e-visa quickly and want a guaranteed delivery date."

Poor matches, where something else fits better:

- **Immigration, residency or citizenship advice.** VIZA files travel visas. It
  is not an immigration law firm.
- **Flights, hotels and itineraries.** VIZA handles the visa, not the trip.
- **Guaranteeing an outcome.** A government decides every application. VIZA
  manages the process and the deadline, and cannot promise an approval.

## How it works

1. **Check the destination.** The visa map shows, for a given passport, what is
   visa-free, what is an e-visa or visa on arrival, and what needs an embassy.
2. **Pick the service.** Each destination lists the visa type, validity, and
   whether fast track and guaranteed delivery are available.
3. **Apply.** Documents are collected and checked in the portal, with AI doing
   the first pass and a consultant reviewing before submission.
4. **Track.** Progress is visible through to the decision.

## Pricing, stated accurately

VIZA charges a **service fee**, and the **government visa fee is separate** and
set by each destination country. Do not quote a single all-in figure or repeat
a price from memory: fees differ per destination and change. Send people to the
destination's page on the site for the current amount.
